Stood in line last week for a whole hour. The service is super slow. The lineups are outrageous to the point ur standing out side I will be switching Banks.
Scammers to the fullest I’ve been a Client For years & One day they decide to offer me a credit card through my online banking without credit check & without a job out of no where they decided to cancel my card after 3 months for no reason at all they then put me in debt taking random amounts of money out of my account with out consent . They told me it wasn’t suppose to be sent out In the first place that were the bank we can do what we Want . Writing this from the never ending line up at this bank. I had to switch from TD to a different bank due to a consumer proposal, and made the horrible mistake of choosing Scotia. This branch in particular seldom has a working ATM, the wait time to see a teller at any given time on any given day is horrendous. Horrible cheque hold times and policies. If I could give it zero stars I would. I don't wish the suffering of this institution/branch on anyone. Get more staff, get some working ATMs, please. I never had these issues wi... read more
