I opened a new Scotiabank account because they advertised **no monthly fees for a full year** and **no overdraft protection** (meaning if my balance hit $0, charges would just decline). This seemed perfect for managing my disability payments and daily spending. Worst bank ever , zero customer service, I am leaving this one asap . This place was more then happy to get your money into the branch , then the customer service went right down the scale , can’t get in touch with anyone at the branch unless you drive in , then your sitting an waiting, I think the Local credit union deserves our buisness .
I tried to take money out on Saturday morning it was about 730am and the doors were locked. It is extremely frustrating to not have access to your own cash. How can you lock the doors when not a single Scotiabank location has a drive thru or and external machine? That’s bullshit!
Was a great bank to deal with up till the past year. Now atms are alway broken, issues with on line banking being down. Tellers are nice, but managers are rude. I’m leaving this bank after 25 years because of this. Moving my mortgage, and everything else. Come up with a 9.7% open mortgage to move it is bullish-t. I’ll never do business with again.
Disgusting. Both in this city are garbage. The manager at Exmouth is rude and very unprofessional. This bullshit not being able to take money out of atm past 10pm is a joke.
