Honestly the worst mortgage department. We were with them prior to selling and we were under the impression that if we gave them the bigger mortgage they wouldn’t penalize us. But they did anyways. Said our mortgage broker did our application wrong and we were out 4000$. Which… isn’t our problem….the minute our term is up, we’ll be going somewhere else
Horrible service! 4 people working and only helping out 1 customer. Completely ignored me while I’m waiting there for 10 minutes. Walked out and tried to use the atm machine and of course that wasn’t working either!!
