Horrible service! 4 people working and only helping out 1 customer. Completely ignored me while I’m waiting there for 10 minutes. Walked out and tried to use the atm machine and of course that wasn’t working either!!
Ils sont de moins en moins ouvert et le service est laisse a désiré. Et il est très difficile de prendre des rendez-vous. Et les conseillers sont vraiment pourris. Je suis sûr le bord de changer de banque.
Update: 12-03-2024 Branch Manger has been sympathetic; but not Daphne any longer. Her demeanor has been conflict and almost resulted in a contenious be- havior to a sad end. Disinformation was the root cause; I conduct all via ATM. If it were not for being legally blind with a badly swollen left foot, Scotiabank may have lost all good marks.
