Ils sont de moins en moins ouvert et le service est laisse a désiré. Et il est très difficile de prendre des rendez-vous. Et les conseillers sont vraiment pourris. Je suis sûr le bord de changer de banque.
Update: 12-03-2024 Branch Manger has been sympathetic; but not Daphne any longer. Her demeanor has been conflict and almost resulted in a contenious be- havior to a sad end. Disinformation was the root cause; I conduct all via ATM. If it were not for being legally blind with a badly swollen left foot, Scotiabank may have lost all good marks. Since April, Daphne, who takes a personal interest, is patient and thoughtful non Judgemental. It was only after careful observation of all of others that her intrinsic qualify surfaced. Personally, the manager I found offensive, and later the assistant manager Judgemental. I'm 77; a researcher.
Only have 2 atm's, 1 of which is always broken. The other one hasn't worked in at least 6 months. Will get all the way through a transaction then says "can't process try again". NEVER WORKS.
