In May 2025 I made an attempt to voice a complaint to the female manager at Alta Vista. I carefully expained that a transfer of more than $2,000 to CRA to cover my balance owing for T1 General 2024 had arrived (it was labelled "CRA Tax 2024) but was not deposited in the correct file. The reason I claimed was that although the transfer is listed on my online account, as shown, Scotia's system sent it to a different CRA account, with my name, but not the account that CRA needs to access to cover the 2024 Tax balance.
