Worst branch ever
This bank is currently withholding a $13000 cheque from my wife and I and they have been for a month now. After reading the reviews for this branch, I'm not surprised by the service we received. Extremely unprofessional staff, unwilling to do the bare minimum for their customers. I spoke with the branch manager 4 times over the past month to no avail.
Worst Customer Service Experienced today, i went there asking for help and answers for my questions regarding my money back after paid off our car loan, but it didn’t help at all. Ive been Disrespected by one of the manager in there name Nicole Clark! Instead of talking to me nicely while im just calm, shes being rude and i got humiliated in front of other people in there. Staff at this location are nice enough. The bank as a whole not so much. Very slimy practices. Excessive fees, including to close accounts, and online banking is constantly down for maintenance.
I went on jan 3rd to deposit a cash in ABM atm there and their machine got stuck with my $1000 and it didn't even return and showed error then i went to their staff they said money will be come in to your account maximum 24 to 48 hours will take and until today jan 16th i called them everyday about my money and they are saying it will be come in your bank today or tomorrow thats sucks like thats my money and i have to beg for it so shameful scotia bank shut down your banks if you cant serve your customers properly.NOTE Dont ... read more
