Nice bank
Stefanie the adviser is lack of knowledge and rude attitude Worst experience ever
Terrible service from this Branch. My Mom passed away, and we (88 year-old Dad and myself) tried to have some Scotia bank Credit card surplus taken care of. The person at the counter asked a manager if they could help, and the reply was no. After talking to the Credit Card (Estate Dept), they said to go to a local Scotia bank branch for this. The bank wasn't even busy at the time. I hardly every write reviews, but I had to share this terrible experience.
