I am changing banks after going into this branch. After speaking to a teller that had no idea how to do her job l spoke to the manager who chose to speak to me like I was mentally challenged. No one like her should ever be allowed to manage people. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
Really obnoxious and rude staff at this branch. Rep named Nicholas was really condescending, asked me 4 times why I was there ( even though i explained him 4 times why i was there) and then went to to laugh like a mule. I dont understand why I had to explain myself so many times. I then asked him for the manager who wasn't helpful in correcting the behavior either. This is the worst branch I have visited. Very rude and not willing to help.
Terrible Experience with Scotiabank. Horrible Service and Rude Employees and Manager. I had the worst banking experience at Scotiabank. After 1 year of awful experience I went to close my account, and not only was I met with rude and unhelpful staff, but I was also given completely false information.
