This location has 2 tellers available, 15-20 people in line yet other staff are unable to open another teller to help speed up the line. Other staff is seen just sitting at the sides, staring blankly into space. Poor management and I will never use this branch again. The best use of this location is the ATMs which are also always kept filthy.

I went there on 19 Dec around 12:30 and there was a lady who made me wait for so long only to yell at me afterwards. Such bad customer service. Doesn’t know how to speak to the customer. While I was sitting there waiting, she was talking with her another co-worker about a customer and they both were trying to prove the customer dumb. I couldn’t see her name otherwise i would have mentioned it. The staff especially that lady really needs to be taught how to talk to people.

the WORST bank u can have an account with and the WORSTTTT employees cuz u can never reach them. they all go to voicemail. what’s the point of having a number and extensions if nobody can reach u on them??? literally shut down ur bank if u can’t do ur job

I received exceptional service from both Lisa Rudick and Candice Silva from this branch which pertained to an estate I was dealing with . They did what few other institutions were willing to do by opening an estate account for my family which was critical to cashing a significant death benefit cheque. They were each helpful, highly professional and also timely whereas other banks were for the most part, uncooperative.
