Rude. I phoned all the banks in Wpg today looking for a particular service. This one was by far the most difficult but also the most rude. By far.
terrible. the workers are not professional at all. they only say standard phrases to seem polite. but in reality they are not helpful at all and even the opposite.
This branch created nothing but problems for me. The customer service was extremely disappointing. Staff constantly interrupted me instead of listening to the full situation, and different employees provided different information about the bank's own procedures. It was clear that some staff members were not familiar with their own policies, which led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
