Very good staff and very coperative .
Recently opened account in this branch. Saori is super helpful. We needed one document and she went above and beyond to help us.
Syaori is the best person to approach for any kind of banking needs. She is really helpful and understanding plus I felt that she entertained my problem throughly. This branch is is really different from any other in whole Winnipeg it values the customer in a way that customer wants.
This is the worst location for the worst bank there is. The Bank Manager is clueless ( even the person I talked yo on the phone from BNS said the Manager is completely wrong.) This cost me two day of wages. I will never use this bank again and I will tell everyone what horrible there " customer service " is. Very rude staff.
