Been there many times, staff are friendly, never have had a problem, location is great!
This branch is full of crooks, I have a co worker who uses this bank and can deposit his cheque with no hold as they have explained our work does not have direct deposit it is a cheque for our pay. And they continue to hold over half my cheque for 5 business days, absolute joke and will be taking my money and closing my account. TD does not have this policy and won't steal and with hold my money
I wouldn’t recommend doing any of your banking at this location .. the staff here are incredibly arrogant and out of touch with Scotiabank policy and procedures. They refuse to deposit a U.S. fund cheque because I don’t have a U.S. account. You are completely able to do this by taking the exchange and depositing it in Canadian funds. Would never bank with this bank again Val the assistant manager is rude. customer service is the worst .
We will never use Scotia Bank again their level of customer service is below 1 star, and definitely at this location!!! Val is extremely rude, she always is insisting on following policies and procedures that dont even exists. She makes banking very inconvenient, she should not have a job anymore there.
