Worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. Manager Adesola has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Goes on power trips closing people’s accounts and acting like he owns the whole branch refusing service to clients.
probably the worst branch in the city, understaffed all the time. 30 minutes to an hour wait anytime of the day
Poor customer service
Location is not bad. Few parking stalls available on bank property and around the bank on the street. Why do we go to bank, pick any reason like withdrawl, deposit and statement etc. I give you 100% gurantee that they will end up giving you such a awful experience that you won't come back again. I wonder what is management doing, based on customer reviews and stuff or they don't care about Clients/Customer feedback which reflects. Staff is not trained well, neither does manager(s).
