Very rude and unsupportive staff
Terrible customer service. There were no other customers in the bank and I watched 2-3 tellers come and go while no one served me. There was a supervisor hunkered down at her desk, not watching the floor. Finally a loans officer came out to ask if I needed help. Someone is not doing their job and not being held accountable. I can take my business elsewhere.
Counter is service is slow, but staff are friendly. It's frustrating that the interior ATM / lobby area is closed at night - even to customers of the branch.
Terrible. Went to apply for a loan and was given a date it would be approved or not by and two weeks after said date not a word. Any attempts to call get a machine or someone on vacation. Radio silence. Multiple messages left on multiple people's machines and zero responses. How these types get jobs is beyond me.
