An absolute joke of a bank, I can't even pay a bill here.
This branch messed up a big transaction. Sent the transaction to the wrong account. When I came to talk to a manager about it, I waiting for over 30 minutes. Still no manager came out to talk.
I dealt with Cristina, she was ready for my appointment, had papers ready, explained quickly, I signed and left. Very painless and fast. Thanks Cristina. Unfortunately... her followup is not as good. Keep up the good work, work on the follow-up
I can't believe that you have to provide a bank card just to get change. Are you freaking kidding me. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.
