Good experience and staff who are ready to advice and give assistance whenever necessary
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service desk ´Ele Rogers’ while requesting banking documents. I clearly asked for 6 months of bank statements along with a balance certificate and mentioned the purpose of request. However, I was only provided with a single page showing the current balance of my chequing and savings accounts. Very rude and unsupportive staff
Terrible customer service. There were no other customers in the bank and I watched 2-3 tellers come and go while no one served me. There was a supervisor hunkered down at her desk, not watching the floor. Finally a loans officer came out to ask if I needed help. Someone is not doing their job and not being held accountable. I can take my business elsewhere.
Counter is service is slow, but staff are friendly. It's frustrating that the interior ATM / lobby area is closed at night - even to customers of the branch.
