Worst ATM in the city. Half the time it’s out of cash, or it rejects any cash you put into it for no apparent reason, or it’s just not working at all. The tap function also doesn’t work. Also, they have ATMs inside, but inexplicably they are not accessible after hours, even to clients. Staff try to be helpful for the most part but often seem undertrained or unsure, giving conflicting or confusing (or downright wrong) information when explaining things.
No access to ATMs in lobby when banking hours are closed. Drive through was not any better. The zero on the keypad doesn’t work. Person in front of me tried for 15 minutes and I tried inputting my pin 3 times without success. I went inside last month to request a transaction register for my chequing account. IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH trying to get one. Service there atrocious. I’m a 50 year customer of Scotiabank and this service is not acceptable. This review is based on this specific branch with Barbie I appreciated her time and dedication to me as a client. Barbie at the main client counter is one of the nicest tellers I’ve ever come across. She is a keeper and you should pay her more. She’s one of the good ones here..Thanks for your help doing business Barbie.
Worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. Manager Adesola has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Goes on power trips closing people’s accounts and acting like he owns the whole branch refusing service to clients.
