I needed to use the atm but the outside doors are locked, how are we supposed to use the atms? The card reader doesn’t work to open the door either

Very rude service agent. Never coming back to this branch. I never come here to begin with, I just visited today because I haven't had time during past work week to visit my branch. This was open on a Saturday, so I went. But the way the service agent talked to me was brutal.
