Scotiabank customer here for life, this location has a really HIGH up drive through ATM, It is almost not usable for people in cars. Also PLEASE FIX the deposit method on the outdoor ATM, I've waited 20 minutes in line for this(and can't leave the line due to other cars) just to find out that the cash deposit method DOES NOT WORK. This happens all the time here. I'll keep trying.
Worse service ever seriously, you have to wait so long to be helped and then they have to call a manager to get more help, if you call online, once you get to talk to a person and then the person tells you to do the same thing that you already did or go in person (which i already did) and says “if it doesnt work just wait the next day it’s just stuck “In transfer”” Im so frustrated so sad. Just a terrible service.
Awful service. Don't recommend this branch. Most of the tellers don't listen to your needs and don't respect their clients.
Inconvenient hours and painfully slow. If the supervisor is going to help a customer for 15 minutes with a line of 20 people (I kid you not the lobby was full) maybe pull them to the side to the empty computer to talk to them instead of taking up another teller that could’ve been helping people. Also the machines wouldn’t accept payment for a Scotiabank visa the option was greyed out. So I had to wait in line for something that should’ve been available at the ATM
