Went there to take a few dollars out a while back and one of the tellers Anita looked up my account and mentioned you should move some things to around and it would benefit you. She took the time made arrangements to see Chisom who is the mutual fund rep and he helped me change things that worked out great for me. I've come there a few times since and he has helped me with all my issues ! Highly recommend him and Anita who is the nicest teller in Scotiabank.. How come every other banks has their atms available for customers if they need access to their own money in case of an emergency and Scotia bank has theirs locked how ridiculous is this people can’t even access their own money after their business hours inside.
The complete staff is a super delightful to deal with and being able to be assisted as such is always a great help for anybody planning to move to a new country and start fresh. Except the Manager, she is super rude and arrogant with her staff as well as the customers, that’s the only reason take one star off. Avoid talking to her or just file a complaint with corporate simple. I just being helped at this branch a lot ! And obviously people it’s a bank !
