Not impressed went in and we were told while waiting in line to go use the machine for simple banking because it was lined up, but the machine wouldn't deposit for us and the worker made us wait in line in the end anyways. Why make your customers wait twice it's super annoying. Just to add they did this to my disabled sister who could not stand for long.
Worst scotia bank location. Try to teach these poor untrained managers.
Very frustrated with the experience of opening an account. A week later, still cannot access online banking and Senior Financial Advisor Nadine does not return repeated emails and phone calls. I will likely continue banking with other institutions.
This branch is completely useless. Abm inside are ALWAYS closed by the time I get off work and the drive-thru abm never takes cash deposits. This is the only branch I know of that locks people out to use the ABM its absolutely ridiculous. If anyone is looking for a main branch DO NOT use this branch
Doors always locked so cant access atms walking in. Huge lineups to see tellers. One drive thru atm outside thats more often than not out of service. Do yourself a favor and just use Wealthsimple for everything.
