Min went above and beyond! Great customer service!
Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant experience working with bank employees. I asked to exchange cash for coins, he was refused. On the bank's hotline, they said that they should exchange it. The manager did not appear. I didn't want to delay the queue and left. I will never come again and will not open an account in this bank after such an unpleasant experience.
I went to this branch for the first time. Today was the first time that I can remember where, when I went to the teller, they right away offered to help me at the lowered, more accessible counter! Wheelchair and mobility accessibility is excellent here, at least within the public spaces. Very friendly and efficient service!
