My girlfriend used to have an account with them. She came in today to get her statements, which she couldn't get herself from their app or on the web because they've made un upgrade and an older iPhone no longer works with it. So, in the branch they asked for $5 per statement! Its a complete ripoff.
They are hiring people who doesn’t even know how to deposit cheques and transfer money into the right bank account. This lady who looked so narcissistic pretended like she knows what she is doing and acted like we were the problems. I didn’t get her name, but she is white with brown long hair and had long red colored nails. The branch manager (Mr. Sidhu) does not appear to place any value on customers’ time. In my opinion, the bank requires a more experienced and more responsible manager. “In my opinion, the bank tellers were very patient and polite.”
Such poor management.after they took away teller service at my branch i have to go to this one. Today January 5/2026 i had to wait 45 minutes in line. 2 tellers working. The entire time 1 teller was with one customer. So one teller serving a line that was out the door. Where is the manager? My old branch the manager would come out and assist with the basic transactions. This seems to happen everytime I go here. And trust me, people in line are not happy. Do better if you want my business.
Do not go with Scotiabank, it’s the worse bank there is, terrible experience
