I had appointment at 9:30 to 9:45am but now 9:45 still waiting and assistant is not kind at all. I should change my branch soon. Very disappointed and I’m definitely late to work today.
No staff and no service to ask..poor service
I had the pleasure of working with Kelsey today at the bank, and I am beyond impressed with her level of service. Not only did she help me complete my transaction quickly and easily, but she also went the extra mile to help me regain access to my online account, which I had been struggling with for a while. ZERO STAR! I visited again today even I am standing right here and just 2 people at the front desk out of 6 counters not even 50% of staff available to assist! Worst branch! Very poor service!! They ask you to wait to access the safety box and when you wait for 30minutes they ask you agaun to be in the line!! No good communication between the staff and manager!! Dont do banking with Scotia!! Adding in this, Out of6 counters 2 counter are open!!
