After multiple visits (5–6 times) to different branches, the only employee who was able to resolve my issue was Yadvinder Brar. I truly appreciate her professionalism and assistance. Unfortunately, no other staff member was able to help during this time. I would also like to note that the branch manager’s behavior towards her employees appeared rude and unprofessional, which does not set a good example in front of customers.
Staff not very accommodating.
I had one of the worst experiences at this branch. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had clearly mentioned that I needed cash, yet they called me to collect my credit card. When I reached the branch at 3:59 pm, I found that employees and about 3–4 customers were still inside. I politely requested assistance, but they refused and told me the branch was closed.
