I am greatly disappointed and upset with one of the tellers here. I assumed that getting assigned to her would make the service accommodating but instead it was very RUDE and BELITTLING. I have already mentioned at first that it’s my first time doing a transaction to my school and that I am scared to make a mistake because quite a big amount is involved. went to deposit cash into my sons account--I dont have a bank of nova scotia account myself. He lives in a different province, and i have always been able on occasion to put money into his account. So apparently I can't do this anymore.
