Overall this branch is decent but I wish the wait times were shorter for a teller. They usually don't have enough staff for the amount of foot traffic coming in and out. I also wish their hours were a bit expanded to accommodate people who work a 9-5. The tellers who do work there are friendly and the business consultants are very knowledgable as well, so no complaints there.
Wow one crappy bank, time to move accounts. their financial department is one of the worst that I have ever dealt with. Trace is rude and condescending don't deal with her. The bank isn't there to help you its there to gouge you. Go to another bank that will help you. Crappy crappy crappy.
