Went in today to change my last name to my married name. The customer service rep was absolutely lovely. The process was quick, painless and he treated me with respect. Can’t say the same for the experience I had with the same request directly after at CIBC….
Nice people who are happy to help you
One of the workers made a mocking sound of me as I left thinking I was already out the door very rude never will go here again
Went in for coin/bill exchange and when I asked for them to count my 5 dollar bills to verify the right amount of bills coming back to me. She said sorry no the machine does it. I then proceed to count my bills to make sure by myself. Absurd to me a bank teller will not double check it for their customers. Do better.
