Great branch to bank at. Chloe was especially helpful with guiding us to make a solid financial plan. We had our appointment a while ago now and every change she helped us make is working to our benefit and most importantly, I have peace of mind now.

If I could give this bank a zero, I would. After scouring banks in Kelowna/West Kelowna to find one that had safety deposit boxes available my husband settled on this Scotiabank branch. After speaking with a general customer service line for Scotiabank he drove to the branch to secure a box. Not only does it apparently take 2 weeks to make an appointment to open an account, this was not communicated to him in the conversation on the phone.
