Bad service. Staffs not friendly
Oh man, I had an extremely disappointing experience at the westbank location on July 28. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I waited over and looking for my balance sheet before asking me what I need, she took 10-15 to decide should I help him or not, then finally she came to asked for my I’d and card, for every question she said it should be charge like 15$ for statement and $5 per month, and only to be treated with dismissiveness and no clear answer.
