Went in for coin/bill exchange and when I asked for them to count my 5 dollar bills to verify the right amount of bills coming back to me. She said sorry no the machine does it. I then proceed to count my bills to make sure by myself. Absurd to me a bank teller will not double check it for their customers. Do better.
maybe update your ATM hours or actually follow the hours that you have posted everywhere so people don’t waste time and energy making the trip down to a closed ATM vestibule. pretty ridiculous and pathetic that you’re the only scotia ATM in west kelowna and can’t even follow your own hours
Great branch to bank at. Chloe was especially helpful with guiding us to make a solid financial plan. We had our appointment a while ago now and every change she helped us make is working to our benefit and most importantly, I have peace of mind now.
