Oh man, I had an extremely disappointing experience at the westbank location on July 28. The staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I waited over and looking for my balance sheet before asking me what I need, she took 10-15 to decide should I help him or not, then finally she came to asked for my I’d and card, for every question she said it should be charge like 15$ for statement and $5 per month, and only to be treated with dismissiveness and no clear answer. abm closes extremely early. really makes me mad when I can't get access to my own cash at 9pm.
Deposited a cheque at this location and they processed it for 10% of the actual value then when I had to go back to ask for it to be remedied they took no accountability for their mistake and showed no remorse. Choose a different branch.
