I am only giving Scotiabank five stars because of Carolyn. She is AMAZING! Not only did she return my call during an extremely busy time for herself but she also took the time to explain things and answer all my questions. If I was rating Scotiabank customer call centre it would be in the negative as the representative could not answer any of my questions (including the ability to book me an appointment with Carolyn) and at one point I even asked her if she felt that she was adequately trained to do her job. Had a great experience with Amber and the gentleman with the glasses at the front. everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Poor service donot bother to call back
The worst brunch to deal with, horrible customer service. Don’t even have the decency to call you and let you know they are incapable of fulfilling a simple foreign exchange currency order. The worst part is they don’t even take phone calls! Joanne the old bank manager from a few years ago was the only good thing about this place. I’ll be looking to move my business elsewhere in the near future.
