Poor service donot bother to call back
The worst brunch to deal with, horrible customer service. Don’t even have the decency to call you and let you know they are incapable of fulfilling a simple foreign exchange currency order. The worst part is they don’t even take phone calls! Joanne the old bank manager from a few years ago was the only good thing about this place. I’ll be looking to move my business elsewhere in the near future.
Carolyn is the best! When my wife and I were at our worst financially, she worked with us to get the best solution. Now we're close to debt free! In my last meeting with Carolyn, she gave me the best rate possible for my last mortgage term. I'm so glad we are with this branch!
Absolutely the worst branch to deal with.. Caroline should not be in the banking business as she incapable of doing the most simplest tasks… Terrible terrible customer service I’d give it a -10 out of 10 stars.. save yourself the pain and go to St.Albert..
