If you like losing your money, then this bank is for you. otherwise, stay away from Scotiabank. Creditcard accounts will automatically open in your account with a whopping $170 dollar charge. and if you're not going to pay and close the account you didn't open, your credit score will get affected. Beautiful!
I came here yesterday to open a Canadian bank account. The process was super easy and fast just needed some documents and my account was already set up. Right away they sent me to a Financial Account Advisor who explained everything about my account and Internet banking. Today I returned there to deposit some money and all the staff were super friendly
If you're a tangerine customer literally do not waste your time coming here ever, The ATMs never accept money properly. Had to resort to getting a simpli financial account so that inevitably when the ATMs don't take money at this location I can just go across the street and actually put it in a real bank that works properly
Useless staff and manager that basically told his staff to tell me that I would need to figure it out on my own when I literally done a similar transaction a month before at another branch. First of all, I went into the bank for 2 separate inquiry. The first was due to transaction I did not recognize on my account and the other was to simply apply a transaction to my account which I had literally done a month before at a different branch.
