Horrible. The Customer services is not good. Their workers are rude and they don't even apologize for their mistake. I canceled my account with this bank.
The worst bank you can choose for your mortgage needs. Went with them years ago, mistake. Give them a second shot now and it’s been 2 weeks of emailing back and forth and cold calling staff to get someone to help me review options to renew my mortgage with them. Even though I stated my mortgage matures next month. Why am I chasing you guys instead of you reaching out to help renew? Meanwhile TD, RBC, CIBC all gave me offers within 2-3 days of reaching out. This is absolutely embarrassing. Zero respect for your clients.
