Honestly embarrassing how useless their customer service is, it's 2025 and they still make you sit on hold instead of just having the option to leave a callback number. I got bounced around to 5 different departments (not a hyperbole). This was for my mortgage and the " Client Solutions Advisor" that was so eager to get me on board when I signed up for my mortgage would not assist at all. He made me call the generic number.
The ATM outside of London Drugs desperately needs replacement. The ATM at 510 burrard street desperately needs cleaning.
