I called Ester Derry to inquire about mortgage rates and as soon as she picked up the phone she wanted to hang up. I only wanted to know what mortgage rates Scotiabank offers and she was extremely rude and wouldn't give me the rates. She kept asking me what rates do other bank offer and when i gave her the answer she immediately said I wouldn't even bother calling us and would not even give me the rate sociabank offers.
