Closing all my accounts with Scotiabank. This location finalized that and got me going on it. The manager didn’t even want to waive a 29 fee that I wasnt aware I would be charged. He would prefer to lose a customer Of many many years. They were so rude. They could easily waive the fee and keep me. They would rather I close all my accounts and move to a better bank. This place is extremely petty. They watch out their window on their parking lot and even if you are in and out within 15 min, they will call Impark to write you a ticket. This pettiness is a reflection of staff lack of care and values. Be careful on placing trust with the staff at this location.
The worst service I had ever in Canada. The staff is unprofessional, lack of knowedge, non-open attitude… One question can get different answer from different staff. I also met a liar who get someone else when I ask to meet you manager. No honesty! Can’t be trusted!
The service is average—not bad, but not great either. Advisors constantly change, and their knowledge seems limited. As for the amenities, they’re the worst I’ve ever seen. They have a coffee machine, but it has never worked. For the past two years, every time I visit the bank, they tell me, "We're out of coffee," but the truth is, they never had any to begin with.
Scotia bank is awful. can never get through to a particular bank. Wait times for phone is always more than an hour. This corporation made more than $13 billion in profit last year but cannot provide decent phone service. Its just the worst.
