Worst experience ever! If I could give them zero stars I would. We’ve been trying to get an issue resolved for over 2 weeks now and no one calls us back or is addressing our concerns. The employees there are incompetent as we’ve found several mistakes in our documents or were told contradicting information and yet no one is addressing this. These big banks don’t care about your business, they just don’t and it’s quite obvious. We are most likely going to move all of accounts out of this bank and go elsewhere.
Worst scotia ever. It took 20 min to do my work while only 1 person was ahead of me. There were only 2 staff, one on training who was super slow
Got a ticket 2 mins after i parked. Manager waived it but its crazy how they let impark do that
Seems silly to have a branch location but not offer teller services such as bank drafts. A waste of my time
