If you gather all the incompetent people working at the banking industry and put them in one place then you probably get this branch. I have never seen such clueless financial advisors working at a bank. There are better advices available in the social media and easy to access. Met once with a mortgage adviser in this branch, all she was interested in showing us ways how could we take more debts. We had an appointment for mortgage renewal with Natty Lee and after it was over, we had more questions than answers. The appointment was at 2pm, we had to follow up with her at 2.15pm if she was still going to be avaliable at that point she said she was running late and would he available at 230pm. If I were permitted to rate this establishment zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The staff exhibited rudeness and unprofessional conduct. They were unable to resolve my issue, or perhaps they simply disregarded it. Furthermore, they engaged in gossiping about customers in front of them with their colleagues. Under no circumstances would I recommend this location or Scotiabank to anyone.
