We had an appointment for mortgage renewal with Natty Lee and after it was over, we had more questions than answers. The appointment was at 2pm, we had to follow up with her at 2.15pm if she was still going to be avaliable at that point she said she was running late and would he available at 230pm. If I were permitted to rate this establishment zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The staff exhibited rudeness and unprofessional conduct. They were unable to resolve my issue, or perhaps they simply disregarded it. Furthermore, they engaged in gossiping about customers in front of them with their colleagues. Under no circumstances would I recommend this location or Scotiabank to anyone.

Horrible Experience with Scotiabank at this SPECIFIC branch. I was curious about a sign up promotion bonus and I asked the bank tellers and my financial advisor and they had no idea how it works. I had to literally call scene+ visa credit and have them break it down and explain to me step by step how the scene+ credit accumulation works and how to redeem my sign up bonus money and my points. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
