If I were permitted to rate this establishment zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The staff exhibited rudeness and unprofessional conduct. They were unable to resolve my issue, or perhaps they simply disregarded it. Furthermore, they engaged in gossiping about customers in front of them with their colleagues. Under no circumstances would I recommend this location or Scotiabank to anyone.

Horrible Experience with Scotiabank at this SPECIFIC branch. I was curious about a sign up promotion bonus and I asked the bank tellers and my financial advisor and they had no idea how it works. I had to literally call scene+ visa credit and have them break it down and explain to me step by step how the scene+ credit accumulation works and how to redeem my sign up bonus money and my points. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience.

This branch of Scotiabank is phenomenal. I've had endless issues with Scotiabank both personally and for my business over the years, but was offered an attractive mortgage rate so I reluctantly signed on. There were several issues and mistakes made during the process between my broker and SB so I went into the branch to get it sorted. They helped me work through several issues patiently. A year later, I'm moving all of my banking to Scotiabank, which is amazing to me. A testament to the importance of people.

Was dealing with a mortgage transaction with Anchal. She shared muddy advice resulting in $6000 negative financial impact. She is just overall a bad financial advisor despite being a hospitable person.
