Opened an account because they offered a bonus, but it was never paid. I moved my day-to-day banking and made several investments with this bank, yet they don’t seem to value their customers or the good faith and trust we place in them.
DO NOT BANK with Scotiabank, terrible branch. Terrible customer service. Refused to help me even though my documents were sent over months ago. When asking for help and him not providing me any answers or solutions told me to leave and told me to call the police on me. Even though all I was asking for is a solution. Hello, I’m very thankful for your service. You arrived at my location in a very short time. My car had a flat tire on the highway, and a towing truck wanted to charge me $250. You fixed my tire for only $70. Thank you again for your fast, affordable, and excellent service. I really appreciate it!
