I've visited this branch several times and have always been able to resolve any issues I have. All of the advisors that I have encountered are friendly and eager to help. Special shoutout to Loreine for helping me with my debit issue today, for being so kind and helpful throughout the interaction, and for offering me sound advice.
I had a great experience at this Scotiabank branch. Val was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to understand my situation, answered all of my questions clearly, and helped me secure a competitive GIC rate. Throughout the process, I felt that he was genuinely looking out for my best interests rather than simply trying to sell a product. The service was friendly, efficient, and transparent. I highly recommend this branch, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Val.
