Went to pick up my credit card and was told it could not be activated. They kept my card, made me wait, and said they would call or email me with an update. Nothing ever happened. Terrible customer service. They treated me like my time did not matter. Huge waste of time and energy.
I've visited this branch several times and have always been able to resolve any issues I have. All of the advisors that I have encountered are friendly and eager to help. Special shoutout to Loreine for helping me with my debit issue today, for being so kind and helpful throughout the interaction, and for offering me sound advice.
