She was so communicative, and made me feel very supported! I think that Sharon’s customer service went above and beyond, and I’m super satisfied with my experience at this branch because of her!
Had a wonderful experience bringing my elderly father in law here that is a patient at UBC hospital. He is recovering from a stroke and has dementia so struggles to find his words and is wheelchair bound for the first time in his life. He was very nervous to go in his current state. Really appreciated the team going above and beyond for him. They were extremely patient with him and he felt much more confident after the encounter. Thank you Santi & the rest of the team!
