I've been with Scotiabank for a long time now. The quality of service I've received are always hit or miss. Recently, I've been paired with Rebecca Penman, a financial adviser, to help my wife and I with our plans for the future. I've been happy with how she's been helping us. She's way more personable and invested in us compared to the previous advisers I've been assigned with. I'm hoping she doesn't move away from this location.

Highly incompetent staff. I commuted 3 hours out of my way to pick up a new credit card at this branch, and I asked to have it activated while I was there. The teller told me to go home and activate it via the support line. After an hour on the phone with support, they determined that it couldn’t be activated over the phone and I had to visit a branch.
