Super helpful and friendly staff!
Highly incompetent staff. I commuted 3 hours out of my way to pick up a new credit card at this branch, and I asked to have it activated while I was there. The teller told me to go home and activate it via the support line. After an hour on the phone with support, they determined that it couldn’t be activated over the phone and I had to visit a branch. Super nice and friendly. I went to open my accounts because I am an international students and the service was excellent.
The ATM hours is ridiculous and unacceptable. This isn't the DTES and those retail bank atms are still available 24/7. Please fix this.
Super bad experience and ruin my day, I come to the branch and ask for service charge enquiry , and no one wants to help and just ask me to go back to home Branch or call them by myself, no one takes ownership at all. Especially customer experience lead, Han Yan, whom the teller approached for authorization, not willing to provide any assistance and alternatives. I will never do business with this branch again.
