The senior finance advisor Cindy was super unhelpful. She was on her phone all the time during the scheduled meeting and did not know basic information.

Kenneth was amazing, very patient and helpful with so many things for both my husband and me.
Staff were pretty dull and not willing to help. You get the feeling that they want to end your conversation as soon as possible. Additional questions for them are not acceptable.
