Unable to get a hold of my financial advisor, significantly delayed replies to an email and phone calls; or no reply at all. Poor communication skills. Very condescending and judgmental staff at this location, I will be switching to a different branch. It feels like they are prioritizing clients with status and bigger bank accounts. They also speak their native language instead of English between each other in front of the customers/clients. Lacking professionalism and formality.

Apparently, you can’t reset your password at the bank anymore? (Even though I’ve done it before…) The teller I dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t get thru to customer service online, so I figured going in would be helpful. MAJOR waste of time at this specific branch. I also asked if they could help me with a single NSF fee from December $50—which I’ve never been charged for in the 10 years I’ve banked with Scotia. Very bad service. Not professional and helpful at all. Not trying to help. Just keeps refusing customer request without providing a alternative solution.
In general, I do not recommend this bank. There was a corrupted banker working in this branch who receiving expensive gifts from customers, and this person got promoted.
