Had a great meeting with Terry today. He was very patient and helpful, providing great options for investments. Would highly recommend seeing him if you're wanting to become more financial literate! Will be back.
Unable to get a hold of my financial advisor, significantly delayed replies to an email and phone calls; or no reply at all. Poor communication skills. Very condescending and judgmental staff at this location, I will be switching to a different branch. It feels like they are prioritizing clients with status and bigger bank accounts. They also speak their native language instead of English between each other in front of the customers/clients. Lacking professionalism and formality.
