I've had better service at other Scotiabank branches. I visited to ask about any promotional offers for opening a new account, and the staff member I spoke with told me there were no special offers at the moment. However, I got the impression that he just wanted to get rid of me—he seemed uninterested and not happy to assist a new walk-in customer. It felt like laziness rather than genuine service. I’ve been a customer for many years. Ever since Larry Chen has taken over our business accounts, the service and satisfaction drastically improved. I enjoy dealing with the staff there and this branch in particular. Can’t recommend Larry and his team enough.

I had the pleasure of working with Celine at South Granville branch and she was incredibly helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to explain what I was inquiring about. Celine's professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process easy and stress-free. I left feeling confident that everything was handled properly. I highly recommend her for her excellent customer service!

I actually don't mind the people in this branch, they are generally helpful, this is a review for Scotiabank overall, it is basically a criminal organization. I jsut dealt with their call centre, now apparentlyy in Algeria, just ridiculous. The bank always wins.
