I booked a phone call appointment but the scotiabank advisor named Jay S Bhatt never called me despite I had an appointment
Went in on Saturday to do a bank draft, teller told us they can’t because they don’t do cash transactions on Saturday. So stupid!
Got my account open and working eventually but was a multi-week multi-meeting multi-phone call struggle.
