Scotiabank is the largest Canadian investor in Elbit systems, the main weapons manufacturer for Israel. I urge everyone to bank elsewhere until they divest from Elbit.

I've had better service at other Scotiabank branches. I visited to ask about any promotional offers for opening a new account, and the staff member I spoke with told me there were no special offers at the moment. However, I got the impression that he just wanted to get rid of me—he seemed uninterested and not happy to assist a new walk-in customer. It felt like laziness rather than genuine service. I’ve been a customer for many years. Ever since Larry Chen has taken over our business accounts, the service and satisfaction drastically improved. I enjoy dealing with the staff there and this branch in particular. Can’t recommend Larry and his team enough.
