Polite and efficient customer service
B.S ABM machine no matter what’s your limit for transaction stops after withdrawing 1000$ huge line up for withdrawing cash from a teller. Either fix the machine or shut them down entirely. What a joke.
It was my first time here. When I came there were 4 people in front of me and two tellers. The tellers were so slow literally spending a whole 20 min with the same customer. It was probably more cause they were already there when I got there. The line kept getting longer as more people came in and the girl in front of me left the line. It looked like the tellers had no clue what they were doing. It wasnt until the line got really long like 10 people behind me that they called for backup. Really frustrating.
I had a wonderful experience today at Scotiabank with Heman Paur. Last time, I deposited my pay cheque through mobile banking, and it took quite a few days to process. Today, when I visited the branch, Heman helped me with my deposit in a quick and professional way. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to help.
