There was no one in line when I arrived at the branch. One teller was closed busily working on something more important than serving in person customers I assume. The one teller that was helping customers was “in training” with no support in sight. I waited almost 20 minutes to be served, I only had a question and there was no one else around I could ask. This location is so bad. The drive-thru ATM is consistently out of cash (easily 75% of the time), and at least one of the internal ATMs is usually out of order. And the staff don’t seem to care! I have had pleasant interactions with some of the staff, but others are rude and short tempered with customers. This morning, one customer had put $1000 into the internal ATM & then the machine became unresponsive. The branch was due to open 10 minutes later, but she was obviously stressed about it. Machines never work. Not convent at all If you need to withdrawal money good luck. What a mistake I made switching to Scotiabank. Had I known the only one in town was the worst location around I would have never banked with scotia.
