Worst branch ever. I don’t know how many times I’ve complained. I get cash at the ATM a handful of times a year. The ATM is always out of money! How can that be? I’m at 100% rate of failure with this branch. This branch had convinced me to take my banking elsewhere. No wonder it has such bad reviews. Head office obviously doesn’t care.
This Scotiabank is one of the most garbage banks in all over Canada every time you go to their ATM they never had a money or even if you want to deposit it your own money don’t ever open a bank account in this bank. This is such a trashy bank.
I had a great experience at this branch. Giovanni at the counter was incredibly efficient, friendly, and professional. I had visited the branch multiple times before and wasn’t able to get my issue resolved, but Giovanni understood the problem right away and helped me sort everything out smoothly. Really appreciate his help — made the whole experience stress-free. Thank you!
Worst bank ever. Every time you go there , there is always an issue with the ATM machines. Drive tru and inside. Ridiculous
they offshored all the support staff on mobile and phone so there is no communication to branches. you will get wrong phone extensions and they'll say something is handled when it isn't. asked the app for foreign currency weeks in advance and they said i'll get a call when its ready but they didn't even get the request.
