This time i had a great experience at the bank thanks to Nirmal Thaira. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process. Her customer service was outstanding ,she took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything went smoothly.
No professionalism at all, long waiting time since they lack expertise and always seeking for help, they are basically wasting clients time and their own. Everything is uncoordinated.
Thank you so much with your help!!!! The ATM machine had some problems but the Manager helped me to recover my Banking card and my money!!!! She was very friendly and happy to help me... We had an appointment with Ankur, the most unprofessional banker I have ever met. No customer Service or even little sense of how to deal with the customer. He was behaving like a college student with all the attitude and had every possible way to run away from work. Didn’t even tried to check for alternatives. We finished our appointment in literally less than 5 mins. Will not recommend this location to anyone. I use to hear from friends and families about this location but I witnessed myself today. Very unprofessional.
