I had a very disappointing experience at scotia oceans branch. The manager I spoke with was extremely rude and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. When I asked about a service charge that was added to my account, she told me they didn’t have enough staff to explain it to me. Staffing issues are not the customer’s concern, and I expected better service. She was unwilling to help resolve the issue. This branch is ready to help you and listen to you. I had a terrible experience with one of the scotia branch but 5 stars to Debbie(bank manager) to go out of the way to help!! Thank you again
I expected assistance and accountability, but instead encountered dismissive and disrespectful behavior from the customer service supervisor (Debbie). Deeply disappointed
