This branch is ready to help you and listen to you. I had a terrible experience with one of the scotia branch but 5 stars to Debbie(bank manager) to go out of the way to help!! Thank you again
I expected assistance and accountability, but instead encountered dismissive and disrespectful behavior from the customer service supervisor (Debbie). Deeply disappointed
The staff is very helpful. Debbie and other staff , they helped me a lot, with patience and they are very kind. They have a great service.
