Worst customer service. They only have one or max 2 tellers all throughout the day. They don't care how long you have been waiting in the queue. Slowest branch.
Pritpal parhar is a rude, arrogant and misbehaving lady. My security deposit box was not getting locked out( obviously it wasn’t my fault) . She told me that i cant leave the bank until it get locked out. I waited 50 minutes there but they didn’t able to fix it or arrange a new safety deposit box for me. My husband experienced terrible customer service by Pritpal Perhar. She needs to learn how to talk to people.
Yesterday, i went to this branch to get my certificate. Moving further, i was served by a guy name( SHEHBAZ) (ਸਹਿਬਾਜ )and he said i need to give him my passport just to get a certificate. It’s been 2 years i am visiting this branch but no one ever ask me for my passport and that poor guy wasted my time and bothered me . And today, i got the same certificate without any issue. So, may be he need training again because he don’t know how to serve a client .
