Worst branch, had no one at information desk, and teller wants me to wait in queue to tell me that no one is available to help me to withdraw the emergency fund from one of my savings account in case when I need it most.
Terrible customer service rude staff who never help with problems.
Been with the bank for just days and never have I ever been with such an inept institution. They gave me a card that won’t work I tried calling for them to transfer me to the wrong department and put me on hold for the 3rd time. I deeply regret giving them a chance it has been an utter waste of my time. I would not ever choose to bank here again and will be closing my accounts
I went to this branch to get my cheques cash back increased to no hold because i have been depositing the same company’s paycheck from last one year. I was sent by scotia customer service to come and deposit cheque in person to avoid holds. When he denied that he can remove my hold. I asked for supervisor on duty. she came and told me to open a account in bmo. The way she saw me from inside and nodded her head before even she was told the problem. Im writing this review specifically for teller Floy ( for booking the appt )and advisor Prab for their excellent and friendly service Other tellers arent helpful, they actually dont even look at me when I walked in with a booked appt, no front desk person , and tellers all pretending like they dont see u but then a young male advisor came out from his office and greeted me so I didnt feel so invisible. Prab is very responsible and professional. Appreciate her all her help and great work ethic
