I visited this branch today and I was assisted by a very kind teller (I didn't catch her name). I had some issues with the bank balance certificate and she was extremely helpful, patient and accommodating in resolving everything. The staff at this branch are always among the nicest every time I visit.
Very good service
If I have option of zero star I just give to them in whole city . Worst customer service ever from very rude and arrogant lady. She just want the person who has a lot money to visit the bank not the students because hate them she even do not how to speak with customers . The lady was full of herself . So want to decide I will change my bank account to other bank to get better customer service.
Thankyou to Raj she help me to get through transaction . Guide me and make it so easy . Thankyou ones again.
