I visited this branch today and had an extremely disappointing experience. I requested an account summary and statements, and was told I had to pay for them, which has never been the case at other branches I have visited. The staff’s attitude was even more concerning than the service itself. A representative named RAHUL VINAYAK was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. “My wife invested in a TFSA through Pallavi, and our experience was disappointing. Important details were not clearly explained, and we felt that key information was not shared upfront. Some aspects of the product were presented in a way that we later found unclear. This experience has significantly affected our confidence, and we would advise others to proceed with caution and ask detailed questions before making any decisions. we are thinking we should close soon our scotiabank account .

Very disappointing experience with this branch. I chose this bank simply because it’s close to my home, but the level of professionalism here is shockingly low. After opening my account, there were errors that ended up affecting my tax documents right when tax season arrived. Fixing something as simple as an address change took multiple visits, and even after going to the branch twice, my mail is still being sent to the old address. By Joe, To be honest, I’ve had better service at other branches. They are not very good at returning calls and seem quite impatient. The explanation was also not very clear. Although there has been some headaches they eventually got handled, didn’t cost anything but time. -Joe
