I have been banking with Scotia and the most positive experience I had was with Jasjot Singh. He is very responsive via phone and email, answers all my questions (even though some don't relate to his work), and he's been very patient. I recommend working with him to get your mortgage renewed or for any other banking needs! The other individuals I have worked with at Scotia at this specific branch and others do not have any customer service compared to Jasjot! Highly recommend him!
Good service by Rahul but Scotiabank is not good for banking to close my account I have to pay money for that and their monthly charges are around 17 dollars . It’s horrible.
