This branch is horrendous. Every single time I go there, there is an issue. Systems down, ATMs with no money, and to top it off, one of the staff members was extremely rude. You think that a huge bank would be able to hire enough staff to help move the line along, so we don't have to spend an hour at the bank. Take that monthly fee you collect off of the majority of your clients and invest in doing better. What a joke.

This bank is ridiculous. Because of a homeless guy sleeping by the atms they locked the doors at night so none of there customers can use them. Why can't you install a card swipe system so that your customers can use the machines. Guess I'll be switching banks. Scotiabank is awful Thanks for treating your customers as people you can't trust.

My account was hacked and I lost a considerable amount of money. After what seemed like an eternity, I got my money back. We’ve been clients for many years. Everything is straight forward and easy to understand as far as clarity with information on the website. The people at my branch are very helpful. I understand that not all employees are as helpful and that’s prominent in all businesses these days which is very unfortunate. I have been with Scotia since the 90’s. When I needed help and advice, I went to the branch only to be told to call a 1800 number to solve my issues. Customer service? Not…
