They locked up my last months EI when I was frauded and have yet to release the funds back to me not implementing the problem.
John at the customer service counter is the only one who knows what he's doing.. the manager is rude and don't seem to care for anyone unless you have an appointment.. the rest of the staff just look right past you as a customer.. after a 40 min wait I was finally assisted by John who took care of all my needs..
9.11.25 Scotia bank at exmouth. I wanted to increase my e transfer amount. The teller didn't understand and i had to explain it to her. She wanted to update my info even though it had been done recently. She inappropriately asked what it was for. She said i would have to wait for a email confirmation. She said i had to want for the bank manager. She told me the manager didn't feel right about and said no. This is apparently aggravation harrassment and definitely not a rational decision.
Great service. Kleanthis (financial advisor) provided top notch service and advice. Overall an amazing experience.
