Their alright if it's just basic backing. But if it's like business banking, the business bunkers dont call you back unless you hound them. My first business banker was great, but since he left to go back to Greece, his replacements have been horrendous. Went to another location to find another business banker.
Absolutely terrible place of business, every time you go in there will be an issue. Long lines due to unstaffed tellers, atms out of service or just cash. constant calls for credit cards and other investments when you declined numerous times. If I owned this franchise I would be ashamed. I will be leaving this company and I advise everyone else to do so too
This branch is horrendous. Every single time I go there, there is an issue. Systems down, ATMs with no money, and to top it off, one of the staff members was extremely rude. You think that a huge bank would be able to hire enough staff to help move the line along, so we don't have to spend an hour at the bank. Take that monthly fee you collect off of the majority of your clients and invest in doing better. What a joke.
This bank is ridiculous. Because of a homeless guy sleeping by the atms they locked the doors at night so none of there customers can use them. Why can't you install a card swipe system so that your customers can use the machines. Guess I'll be switching banks. Scotiabank is awful Thanks for treating your customers as people you can't trust.
