Ive been with scotiabank since i was a baby . They do not accommodate for the younger generation " working 930/3 or 10/3 . People have to leave work or take time off to get banking done. Banks should have one day a week with longer hours to help those that work Monday-Friday 8/5 . Anytime I've gone to get help at the bank they tell me to call a number becssue they arnt able to help me at the branch " I called the number after 45 mins of being transferred several times . Poor service. Did not return calls after I had left 3 messages over 3 week period. Talked to people at the call center - 0 help.
Didnt receive my pay.hich never happens to me
The staff they have right now July 2021 the best
