Mike G. Is the worst financial advisor I’ve ever worked with. He will not return your calls or emails. He doesn’t care about his job and is a poor excuse for an employee at this branch. Thankfully, the management helped address my needs once I explained the situation.
I have never had an unpleasant transaction at this branch. The tellers - especially Jennifer - have been extraordinarily helpful and the financial advisors - especially Anchal - are great to work with. This branch is my “home” branch and I’m glad it is, because it’s a pleasure doing business here.
Wael was amazing and took me in last minute so that I could get a bank draft for the down payment of my house. Super helpful and very fast / efficient.
No abms working amd only two tellers, what a waste of my time, just a suggestion if you abms arent working you should have a cpl more tellers to help out, and get the line moving, but the line did not move the whole time was there ended up leaving to try another location at 15 minutes away, so hour of my time so far, do better Scotiabank
