Wael was amazing and took me in last minute so that I could get a bank draft for the down payment of my house. Super helpful and very fast / efficient.
No abms working amd only two tellers, what a waste of my time, just a suggestion if you abms arent working you should have a cpl more tellers to help out, and get the line moving, but the line did not move the whole time was there ended up leaving to try another location at 15 minutes away, so hour of my time so far, do better Scotiabank

The quality of service here really depends on who you get at the counter. Sometimes, I’d rate it 5/5 – friendly, efficient, and professional. Other times, it feels like a 2/5 experience – slow, unhelpful, or disorganized. For now, I’ll average it at 3 stars and see how things go in the future.
Aditya Prakash very unprofessional. I left many messages and emails and never got a call back or email. They don’t care about their customers and are very disrespectful! Stay away from this branch and Aditya Prakash. Very bad experience and I closed my account with Scotia because of this treatment! Shame on you!
