Very bad experience! They are prejudiced at this branch!
The quality of service here really depends on who you get at the counter. Sometimes, I’d rate it 5/5 – friendly, efficient, and professional. Other times, it feels like a 2/5 experience – slow, unhelpful, or disorganized. For now, I’ll average it at 3 stars and see how things go in the future.
Aditya Prakash very unprofessional. I left many messages and emails and never got a call back or email. They don’t care about their customers and are very disrespectful! Stay away from this branch and Aditya Prakash. Very bad experience and I closed my account with Scotia because of this treatment! Shame on you!
Extremely disappointing experience. The staff’s attitude changed immediately after they noticed my nationality. Their behavior was clearly discriminatory and unprofessional – they became rude and refused to assist me with a banking transaction without any valid reason. Such prejudice and racism have no place in a professional environment. I strongly advise against using this bank if you expect fair and respectful treatment.
I visited the bank to address an issue after discussing it with an associate over the phone. However, when I arrived, I was told that my request was impossible and that the associate I spoke with was wrong. I was able to resolve the issue over the phone with another associate. It seems the staff at this branch are not well-informed or proactive in resolving customer issues. I will not be visiting this branch again.
