Had an appt with Michael. Somehow by the time I closed on a mortgage, all that we agreed on was changed - how often payments go out and the amortization. Then, he wouldn't change it back. I called in and got a female rep to change it with three clicks within 5 minutes. Some people are just allergic to solving the problems they create. Unreal. I gave it an extra star for the female rep who actually solved a problem that shouldn't have existed to begin with.
Such a horrible experience of banking! Not even worth one start, unfortunately there is no 0 start. If there is I will definitely choose zero!!
