WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Marina the teller and branch manager ( lady with black frame glasses and long dark hair) Went in to get a bank draft. They couldn't verify my account based off of mothers maiden name. I offered to provide several personal details pertaining to my account which they did not want to hear! Told me to call my main branch. Called my main branch to have myself authenticated, in which no one was available to confirm. I feel that maybe it's the scotia head office that's not competent with clear instruction for tellers..... The lady tried her best for me, so thank you.
Even one star is too much for them. This is the weakest bank in every aspect—services, management, and staff. They have made an excessive number of mistakes in handling customer matters; so many that listing them all here would make this far too long. I am extremely dissatisfied. They need to get more experience and knowledge specifically their manager. Never recommended
One of the worst branch ever , each time you plan to go to this branch make sure you have day off cause of supper slow and care less and not educated about bank system and how valuable customes time I call for remove something they send you to call head office, when call head office they said you should go to branch , again you go to branch they’ll able to do so but first they denied , paying through ATM , machine doesn’t accept 100bills $20 bills $10 , now what to do ?
