WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Marina the teller and branch manager ( lady with black frame glasses and long dark hair) Went in to get a bank draft. They couldn't verify my account based off of mothers maiden name. I offered to provide several personal details pertaining to my account which they did not want to hear! Told me to call my main branch. Called my main branch to have myself authenticated, in which no one was available to confirm.
