Possibly the worst scotiabank branch. Save your time, drive to a different branch. Customer service 0 Management 0 Knowledge of advisors 0 Hours of operation horrible (closed Saturdays and most Fridays they close at noon)
Absolutely horrible customer service! Opened an account and went in to activate card. Super slow but finally did it. Went to use my card, BLOCKED CARD! Had to go back into branch only to be told it was never activated in the first place like COME ON! Such a waste of time. Another incident, we made an appointment to get a product only for the employee there to email us a very poorly English written email that he has to cancel And we can re book another time.
