Poor service and only one teller on duty on multiple occasions.
I work for a business in the plaza, and do deposits there often for the store. I also have a condition that causes me to be prone to fainting if I stand in one place for too long, and the staff has been accommodating so far about me being able to sit while they do deposits. Today though, I had a teller I’d never had before (I believe her name was Sohena, or something similar. Why such low rating ? No idea as it's your average Scotia branch, good service never had any issues.
Can't give a Zero star! If I could I would! The ATM there doesn't work properly, it took my cash and never deposited it into my account, been dealing with the branch trying to get my money into my account with no luck!
