Do not sign up their credit cards! Scam alert! Signed up their credit card 1.5 months ago never got my credit card, send me the pin and 3 other mails and email with everything but the card. This is actually no different from a SCAM!!! There was almost no one in your Steveson's store that day. I don't understand why this one clerk couldn't even do such a simple task after he promised and said ‘Okay it’s already done’ After I made a complaint helplessly, they replied to my email saying that they would get back to me after checking in 14 days, but like a SCAM group, they DID NOT reply. The service has gone down hill recently with their new service representatives at the counter. Ie. Not very knowledgeable, it took them almost half an hour to complete my request for cash of $50. I will move my business somewhere else instead.
