The service has gone down hill recently with their new service representatives at the counter. Ie. Not very knowledgeable, it took them almost half an hour to complete my request for cash of $50. I will move my business somewhere else instead.
EDITED: I phoned to cancel this card (read below), they said it was and then 3 weeks later an email telling me I missed a payment (never used the card, annual fee was reversed, balance $0), so I'm assuming a hit to my credit rating perhaps? So probably a Scotiabank glitch, not a people error. Very sorry for my one star review. I'm going to my personal branch tomorrow to rectify. Original story below: Received a promotional credit card. Luv coming to this branch even though I don't live in Steveston. Always received great customer service!
The staff members are so helpful and kind. Really wonderful service. They solve my all issues and also help in resetting everything. Highly recommend to everyone to visit there. 💯
