Went into branch this afternoon to make a payment for wife's credit card. Was told they dont accept cash payment unless I have an account with them. The teller was nice. The rules about not being able to make a cash payment to a credit card is ridiculous. Why make life harder for us? Very sad

Nice but incompetent staff. Messed up setting my account. I regret choosing Scotiabank out of all the options.
