Terrible hours
If I could give a zero rating I would. Ive been a client of Scotia Bank since 2005. I transferred my accounts from Halifax to here. BIG MISTAKE. I do 90 percent of banking online. The odd time I go to the tellers. As I wait in line, someone asks" What brings you in today" I need to deposit a cheque, You know you can do that through the machine...... Well 3 times in the last month I went through the drivethru and it was down. I then park and go inside and its after 3 so no teller service so I wait in line to use the one bank ... read more
Went there today to deposit some cash and was told that their cashier service stops at 3:00 pm. I was told to use the machine. I always deposit cheques at the ATM but prefer to deposit cash inside the bank. What kind of service is this. It is absolutely ridiculous because folks don't stop working at 3:00 pm. Seriously thinking of switching banks and, at the very least, branches. Absolutely dreadful customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would just like another reviewer said. This Branch decided to change the hours to close at 3pm. This is completely unacceptable. People work till 5pm most days. Anytime I've gone in the manager is talking to customers while the line stands there and waits. She should stop talking and get on the register and get the line moving faster. Once a lady infront of me stood for 30mins while she talked about fishing and hunting to a customer in front of her also waiting to be served. The poor lady must of been in her late 70s.
