Terrible hours
If I could give a zero rating I would. Ive been a client of Scotia Bank since 2005. I transferred my accounts from Halifax to here. BIG MISTAKE. I do 90 percent of banking online. The odd time I go to the tellers. As I wait in line, someone asks" What brings you in today" I need to deposit a cheque, You know you can do that through the machine...... Well 3 times in the last month I went through the drivethru and it was down. I then park and go inside and its after 3 so no teller service so I wait in line to use the one bank ... read more
Went there today to deposit some cash and was told that their cashier service stops at 3:00 pm. I was told to use the machine. I always deposit cheques at the ATM but prefer to deposit cash inside the bank. What kind of service is this. It is absolutely ridiculous because folks don't stop working at 3:00 pm. Seriously thinking of switching banks and, at the very least, branches. Absolutely dreadful customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would just like another reviewer said.
