Closing my account!!! I've been paying close attention to my account and "overdraft charges" keep coming out of my account and I dont have over draft. I've been into this location TWICE on this matter and having to keep alot of screen shots seeing my statement change after they are couple bucks here and there out of my account!!!! This place is literally stealing from my account
Horrible bank, set up a credit card and account with them, they made a type in the email, I have gone in 7 times now between all the branches in red deer and I have called in three times, each time they say it’s updated and then it is not actually done. This has been an issue for 5 and half months now.
John Carlos Medina was very corporative and sweet
Nothing wrong with the branch but the bank itself is useless
Gotta be one of the slowest banks to ever exist.
