Poor service. At this location and Innisfail. No response after making future financial arrangements. Looking for a better bank.
I despise this bank so much. The atm are always having issues. Today the machine ate my card. No emergency number. Just the normal scotia customer service number. They were zero help. The branch was closed. The customer service agent wanted me to just trust the machine wouldnt spit out my card, and to contact Tangerine to cancel my card and open an investigation into my deposit. No idea what happened or if my deposit was lost. I was there back and forth for almost an hour.
Have never had problems with this bank...I am highly disappointed that they will only be providing financial advice next year....the scotiabank near Parkland is horrendous
