Have never had problems with this bank...I am highly disappointed that they will only be providing financial advice next year....the scotiabank near Parkland is horrendous
Ok staff. Okay line up. But when you expect to exchange currency it cost money. And you need a minimum of 100 dollars to exchange.
Like others; I've had rude interactions with the staff here. They're condescending and act like you're dumb for needing any kind of banking service. Wasn't going to leave a review, but no one seems to care about their work here, when even the most basic of tasks is fuddled up. I stopped here tonight to withdraw some money from the ABM. Got a bill that had a pretty big chunk torn out of it, and should have been sent to the Bank of Canada for redemption.
