Good service nice people
I needed one roll of toonies. Teller and manager said I would need to open an account to be helped. I left.
Antel has exceptional customer service. Me and my room mate visited the branch last week. I’ve been facing issues with my account since past two months. Nobody was able to solve the problem. Finally Antel handled the situation gracefully. She spent almost an hour and in the meantime she not only solved my account problem but also my room mate’s. I recommend to anyone if nobody is able to solve the issue please see Antel. She is knowledgeable and takes you and your problems seriously. Thanks for your help
I came to Alberta to handle some business matters and visited this Scotiabank branch to open a business account. Unfortunately, my experience with the business advisor, Jennifer Forrest, and the branch manager was incredibly frustrating.
