I would like to give a 5-star rating to scotiabank., especially to Carlos, for the excellent service i received. Carlos was professional, friendly, patient, and took the time to answer my questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, carlos , for your outstanding costumer service.
Machines stole 80$. Staff refused to put a sign on the machines to warn it was stealing money & not working. I put signs on all the machines, warned 2 other people behind me not to use them. I have been here half an hour and staff has yet to come out and put out of service signs on the machine. Staff came out and removed my signs. Continued to allow people to use the machine without it being serviced. Many elderly people had to fumble all three machines and go into the branch, instead of them putting signs.
