You're phone call menu is hard to deal with. I just need to call my accountant but am only ever sent to the call center who can never help me. It's very frustrating and I wasted my whole lunch time break just trying to ask a 3 second question. Let calls go to the branch people are trying to contact. It shouldn't be this hard just to talk to someone.

I needed one roll of toonies. Teller and manager said I would need to open an account to be helped. I left.
