Extremely disappointed with the service at Scotiabank. As a new customer trying to open an account, I’ve had appointments cancelled multiple times—first by Kieran, and then by Brent. No explanation, no follow-up, just complete disregard for my time and interest in banking with them. If this is how new customers are treated, I can’t imagine what the ongoing service would be like. Not the experience I expected from a major bank.
