Machines stole 80$. Staff refused to put a sign on the machines to warn it was stealing money & not working. I put signs on all the machines, warned 2 other people behind me not to use them. I have been here half an hour and staff has yet to come out and put out of service signs on the machine. Staff came out and removed my signs. Continued to allow people to use the machine without it being serviced. Many elderly people had to fumble all three machines and go into the branch, instead of them putting signs.
Seriously the friendliest staff, I don't have an account there but might have to rethink that@
You're phone call menu is hard to deal with. I just need to call my accountant but am only ever sent to the call center who can never help me. It's very frustrating and I wasted my whole lunch time break just trying to ask a 3 second question. Let calls go to the branch people are trying to contact. It shouldn't be this hard just to talk to someone.
