One of the worst branch in Regina. Never going to this bank again
I am someone who needs some help managing my finances at this time. I recently switched to Scotia bank. Melissa F. Is who I spoke with she was made me feel like a human. I have dealt with BMO for years now and I haven’t felt this personal warmth like I did when working with her. She is extremely helpful and excellent at her job. Thank you for taking the time Melissa!
Was closed today but not updated online. Should have at least updated the timings online.
Absolutely worst bank to deal with managers are so rude and unhelpful. Customers for 8 years and regretting. More than 2 mnths still cannot solve issue and not even helping or showing me way to solve it
