Scotia is without a doubt the worst bank you could possibly choose. I just walked 30min in brutal heat to a Scotia bank that is listed on google at an address they apparently have not been at for some time. They can’t even be bothered to update google or leave info on the door as to where they moved or anything. And you can’t call any branch you just get routed to some call centre in India. TD just got a new customer.
This bank has been closed for almost a year now and will not be reopening
This branch has been closed for months. No signs of life or word if it will reopen.
Hands down THEE WORST bank I’ve ever dealt with. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, it’s been nothing but headaches and inconvenience after inconvenience with them.
Something needs to be done with this branch, it looks abandoned in it's current state. 2.5 stars has to be one of the lowest rated things I have seen on google, very impressive from one of Canada's largest banks. I guess they don't care because it's in Welland?
