Visited this branch on May 11 around 10 AM to pick up a cheque regarding a credit balance and the experience was disappointing. The receptionist I dealt with came across very dismissive and unprofessional from the start, almost like helping customers was an inconvenience. What made it worse was that the envelope containing my cheque and sensitive information was completely ripped open. account manager is on vacation means Scotia Bank is closed until they return from vacation. Open your business account in other better bank.
Yes a little slower compared to other locations but they try to work efficiently as possible. I had a great experience and amazing customer service
