I have visited this branch on two separate occasions and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing. On my first visit, I needed to reset the PIN for my new credit card. The teller informed me that I would need to see a financial advisor for this, but despite multiple attempts to contact the advisor, I never received a response. Poor customer service, advised to call customer service (online), what’s the purpose of having in person service?
Bill reader in ATM hardly ever works. Staff has been notified multiple times and still they choose not to fix it. Have fun spending over 15 minutes simply trying to deposit cash
I had a very pleasant experience opening a business account here with Neil. He was very informative and took his time to explain everything to us in detail. I'm glad we decided to come to this branch as we didn't have good experiences with a few other locations in the area.
