Poor customer service, advised to call customer service (online), what’s the purpose of having in person service?
Bill reader in ATM hardly ever works. Staff has been notified multiple times and still they choose not to fix it. Have fun spending over 15 minutes simply trying to deposit cash
I had a very pleasant experience opening a business account here with Neil. He was very informative and took his time to explain everything to us in detail. I'm glad we decided to come to this branch as we didn't have good experiences with a few other locations in the area. Friendly staff, Manager Neil allways available to help Guests needs.
Walked in and waited 15mins while 3 people were socializing out in the open, while one teller is helping the one customer in front of me. Will just take my business elsewhere since this location clearly doesn’t need or want it.
