WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SANAM KARIMZAD !!!! She is a scammer Don’t trust her.. We booked an appointment but they took in a walk-in customer and asked me to wait. It was poor service from Sanam Karimzad. She told and gave some info about mortgage is a lie. After going to another bank and getting information, I realized that and decided not to work with Scotia Bank.
