WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SANAM KARIMZAD !!!! She is a scammer Don’t trust her.. We booked an appointment but they took in a walk-in customer and asked me to wait. It was poor service from Sanam Karimzad. She told and gave some info about mortgage is a lie. After going to another bank and getting information, I realized that and decided not to work with Scotia Bank. I recently had an excellent experience with Scotiabank, particularly with their customer service. We met with a financial adviser, Madonna, who went above and beyond to assist us with our mortgage and line of credit options. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the best choices available to us and even took the time to email us afterward, giving my husband and me the opportunity to discuss our options at our own pace.
