The employees of the bank are very polite and professional. My 1 star rating is not against them. The drive through ABM is horrible. I have gone through it 4-5 times. Previous it was “working” but would not take deposits. Today, I am guessing 3-4 months after my last visit, there was a sign saying it was not in service. Please take a few dollars from the billions you make each quarter and fix this ABM. Very frustrating.
The staff at the counter and the manager is very mean. Very unprofessional, very prying of your information. Asking too much private information. And I could not withdraw thousand just because I am from quebec.
They are genuinely so nice, they all want to help you to the best of their ability
Very helpful business support staff
