Hi I visited this branch many times. Service is awesome. Specially miss karley on front desk is very helpful and polite. She solved our all the queries in just a minute. Will recommend to visit this bank if anyone want to solve their bank issues perfectly

I am absolutely shocked at the incompetence of the Pembroke branch. My poor mother, who is dealing with a rare and aggressive cancer, has tried to get basic help and then gets charged a service fee for their mistake. Yet the issue is still not solved. Why put a maximum of $1000 weekly transfer when you know her rent is more? She was in there last month trying to work this out and here we are again, the first of the month, and she cannot e-transfer her rent money. Perhaps some retraining in customer service would be beneficial for Gail Robertson as the customer experience provided today left a lot to be desired.
