Horrible bank overall, but this branch is on another level. Jamel Gzom started spamming me with emails and when called out, kept coming up with excuses. I have never visited this branch, have no active accounts with Scotiabank, and keep getting emails.

Worst service. The teller doesn’t know how to talk to a customer.
