For months I have been frustrated by the automated tellers at this branch. Frequently I had to make three deposits and change tellers because the machines would not recognize all my bills. Last week the machines were all updated so I was hopeful the issues were resolved. Partly. To be fair, I am a Tangerine customer. Scotiabank is the parent bank for Tangerine. Awful place. Seems incredibly disorganized and disinterested. Avoid if possible.
Disappointing customer service - ABM (ATM) machines were not accessible and no note was provided as to why the door was locked. Website states they are accessible 24/7. Scotiabank corporate does not have any sort of email you can use to contact them, instead pushing you to use their app or call and stay on hold.
