Disappointing customer service - ABM (ATM) machines were not accessible and no note was provided as to why the door was locked. Website states they are accessible 24/7. Scotiabank corporate does not have any sort of email you can use to contact them, instead pushing you to use their app or call and stay on hold.
Unfriendly teller Snobbish behaviour
Excellent customer service at Scotiabank. I was able to get an appointment on the spot, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jhonny Kharrat was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.
