Terrible experience can barely speak English, rude, and very unprofessional. Do not go to this Scotiabank. As a client for over seven years. I will be taking my money to a different Banking company.
The WORST customer service I have ever encountered in my banking experience. I went to this branch out of convenience to withdraw some money from a LOC, and the teller kept saying that due to their policy he wasn’t able to assist but my “home” branch could make the withdrawal? Branch manager even came out to reiterate the same thing without offering to help at all, despite multiple measures on my end to make things work.
