Poor customer service and a complete lack of initiative at this branch. The staff (Ahmed) was unwilling to help me with a credit card issue, prioritizing a small line over a customer's needs and asking me to return another day. I was forced to contact the Credit Card department on my own cell phone. It took an external representative from the credit card company insisting on speaking with the manager to get Ahmed and Samaira to finally assist me.
