Says ur open online Saturdays. Scotiabank representative said you were open on Saturdays. It was not open and wasted my money getting here as I am from out of town. I've watched 10 people try to go in since I realized.
Personally I do not bank here. However they were very rude and unhelpful to my friend Sebastien. He requested some very basic account information, and the teller just stared at him and acted confused as if they could not believe someone would come in and ask for their account history.
ATM’s open when they feel like. Rude/slow tellers except 1 guy who’s great. And don’t even bother with an adviser to do loans or anything, they’ll just twiddle their thumbs for weeks. Go anywhere but, infact stop using Scotiabank all together
Atms had no withdrawal option avaible. You had one job. Honestly wish I could give a 0/5 star review. So disappointed.
