I had an appointment with Sepideh today for my banking needs and opening a credit card. She was super knowledgeable about credit cards, their differences in rewards, and potentially which suits my needs the most. She was also very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Worst of the worst I’m a positive person but if I give a 1 star it means something Super poor customer service very unhelpful don’t care , it’s like you gotta be famous so they treat you good , good thing they didn’t know who I was so I got to see their true colors that help the people that work extremely hard for a service
Olga was absolutely amazing! She took time to call customer support and work through the issue I was having, was extremely kind and generous the whole time Didn’t know how to leave her a review besides Google, but she is amazing!
Carmelo is the best.
