I have been a client with Scotiabank for 40+ years. Dealt with Carmelo and Branch manager Sang. This is the worst customer service you could experience at a bank. Their lack of knowledge is unbelievable. I'm am done with them. Sadly I will now be looking for a new financial institution. For me to go through the work of having to switch all my banking information says it all. Scotiabank, you need to find some better representatives for you bank.

Fraud victim, the experience with this branch was a total disaster : 0 for the support : explaining what Ive been through didnt get me anywhere. He listened and Walked away! (It really happened as you can imagine that) turned his back, got to his office. As if its none of his problem 0 orientation : no one had any advice to give except for «call support» .
