Worst customer service ever. Both manager in the back and teller are scrolling the phone while people are waiting in the line.
the ladies at this branch are absolutely wonderful, and the branch manager walks through the place with some class, however scotia cooperate doesn't value their clients. unfortunately today one must have a registered phone number to access mobile banking no exceptions. for me I was forced to physically visit the bank just to pay my bills. unable to accept 3 e-transfers now, upon terminating my accounts scotia charged me the full monthly service charge (today is April 14 2026, I am on ODSP) banks are crooked. also just a remi... read more
I had an appointment with Sepideh today for my banking needs and opening a credit card. She was super knowledgeable about credit cards, their differences in rewards, and potentially which suits my needs the most. She was also very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Worst of the worst I’m a positive person but if I give a 1 star it means something Super poor customer service very unhelpful don’t care , it’s like you gotta be famous so they treat you good , good thing they didn’t know who I was so I got to see their true colors that help the people that work extremely hard for a service
