The best bank
I had a great experience with Sarah today. She was super helpful, professional and friendly from the moment I got there - she was able to help me solve the issue I was facing and had me out of the bank within 20 minutes. It is not often that I get to enjoy a visit at the bank, but she made it less daunting and I will not hesitate to return to this branch in the future as needed. Thanks so much Scotiabank Preston! :)
I had an excellent experience with my advisor, Sepideh. She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to solve my problems. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I sincerely appreciate her dedication and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!
Worst customer service ever. Both manager in the back and teller are scrolling the phone while people are waiting in the line.
