Generally efficient and polite staff. The big Canadian banks do ok.Better than USA banks. This particular branch has some minor administrative issues. The branch itself nice enough building and clean. It was much much better in an enclosed mall so one can shop in comfort instead of freezing in the winter,and hot hot 🔥 🥵 summer heat waves.
