Want to open savings/investment accounts but it is terrible customer service. Long wait for an appointment or any service. Why bother. Take your money somewhere else !
Horrible experience at this Scotiabank. The manager was unprofessional, racist, and ignored basic protocols which makes you wonder what creatures they hire. Instead of helping, they insulted me and walked off. This branch is a nightmare and shouldn’t even be operating.
If I can give this bank a rating in the negative I would. Unprofessional and completely disrespectful staff. The branch manager and head office should do better and should invest in training it's employees on how to provide customer service and treat people professionally.
