I tried to use the drive-thru ATM five times in the last two weeks; it was out of service on five different days. So, why do u have it!!!!!
Manager Rakesh is extremely rude and unable to assist at ALL while this branch will continue to report false information to the credit bureau.
The manager of the Heron branch in Ottawa, was given a choice, respect the Human Rights Code of Canada and reverse their abusive charges; or I walk away from my debt. She did not care and said that I had to go to my original branch, which no longer exists. So I threw my bank cards on the desk of my very kind advisor and walked out. So at Scotia, we do not care about you unless you are from our branch. Now I file with the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada and the Canadian Human Rights Commission.
I didn't have a good experience with the bank tellers. Not friendly at all
