Went to the Scotiabank, Heron gate location to get my last 4 months bank statement & was told that it’s 5$ for each month I’m looking for. But that’s funny because I took my bank statements from the Scotiabank, terry fox location this year starting and they didn’t charge me ANYTHING. If it’s just the location , I can stop bringing my business to this location, but if it’s the whole bank system transitioning to pick pocketing their valuable clients, I feel like I should take my business elsewhere to some other banks.

Great staff ..short opening hours
The loan department was slow with my car loan and finally a nice lady Ebtihaj (Sorry if I got your name wrong ) spent a lot of time talking to them and finalizing everything she provided me with documents I needed. Really appreciate their help. Thank you
