If it weren't for the convenience, I would've high-tailed it out of here a long time ago. I simply went into to pick up a credit card because according to a message in my online banking account, it was ready to pick up at the nearest branch. Bad customer service .
No ATM access until 8:30 am
The ABM hours on the website and even the ones posted in the window at this location mean nothing. It's closed all weekend apparently.
Visit this branch at your risk. The tellers give you the wrong information, inspite you asking them to reconfirm, they reassure you that they are correct, which costs you money because of their fault and then they don't evem accept their mistake and start interrupting and blaming you saying you asked that particular service from them. They make up lies and stories just to save their own self and never acknowledge that they were mistaken and were sorry. Worst experience from Scotiabank .
