Made an appointment with an advisor at this location for 2pm today and I arrive to find out it has been closed due to a fire. Google said it was closed but I assumed it was open since Scotiabank website allowed me to book an appointment here. The notice posted on their door advised me to drive to 186 Bank St. branch and they helped me promptly. Great customer service at that location. Everyone here is awful. They’re always confused and end up wasting ur time. Honestly ready to leave Scotiabank entirely having to deal with this branch. If u want any help or questions to be answered do not go here. I’ve never been so frustrated
Worst customer service. Even tho they could help me, they decide to not. I would recommend not going to this branch, apparently the supervisor didn’t had a solution about my problem. Even though I was patient and open.
Newly renovated but unfortunately, it appears staff and service is still poor over the last several years I have had to come here for my banking needs. Previous time I was present, staff were racist towards my friend saying he couldn't be inside the bank to wait for me while I did my banking, I told them he was with me as he was literally doing nothing, just on his phone on the chair while waiting for me to finish.
